Thousand leaves vegetables like a tian


  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 4 firm-fleshed tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • A few chopped olives
  • A few small cubes of peppers
  • 2 spring onions
  • Thyme, oregano and fleur de sel
  • Garlic-scented olive oil


Prepare all the vegetables

Cut the vegetables into slices.


Cook each slice of vegetable on a hot 220° plancha, starting with the aubergines and ending with the tomatoes, which cook more quickly.
Season each vegetable with the herbs, garlic-scented olive oil and fleur de sel.
