Mussels à la plancha with lemon and parsley


  • 2 kg mussels
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 onions
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • olive oil
  • grinded pepper


Prepare the mussels

Scrape and wash them thoroughly

Preparing parsley

Peel the garlic and chop finely
Wash, dry and chop the parsley into small pieces
Chop the onion into small pieces


Hot plancha
Place the mussels on top of the plancha
Add the onions
As soon as the mussels open, remove from the plancha plate

Before serving, drizzle with the juice of the lemons
