For 1-6 persons

Fixed hob made of 6 mm thick carbon rolled steel. Size 50 x 40 cm. Edges of 5 cm height.

Appearance: black color.
Made entirely of 304 stainless steel. Adjustable legs for positioning the plancha.

1 resistor 20 mm from the plate (no heat loss). Rapid rise in temperature.
Same performance as a gas plancha.

ON/OFF switch on the front.

Power: 2.4kW.
A circuit breaker and an outlet of at least 16 A are required.

Removable grease container (for easy removal of cooking residues).

Cleaning is quick and easy: pour a glass of water or ice cubes over the still hot plate and remove the residue with a spatula, which is always used flat. Do not hesitate to scrub well. Don’t forget to clean the grease container (dishwasher safe).

IMPORTANT: Once the plancha has cooled down, ALWAYS grease the plate (cooking oil of your choice) after each use so that it does not rust until the plate looks shiny. We recommend that you do not use vinegar or other acidic products on your plancha plate.

6mm plate: very good thermal inertia, for family use.

Thanks to the positioning of the burners, which are located very close to the hob, consumption is reduced and the power/temperature ratio is optimal, obtaining unbeatable cooking and eco-sustainable consumption.

Steel is an excellent conductor of heat and makes it possible to perfectly brown all foods: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, etc.

During the manufacturing process, the plate undergoes heat treatment, which gives it optimal hardness on the surface and maintains the desired strength in the core. This process protects against oxidation between production and arrival at the customer, giving the surface a black appearance (the plate turns brown on the surface), which is neither a coating nor a paint. This black color disappears when used or in contact with acidic foods (tomatoes, lemons, vinegar …) and this change in appearance is part of the normal life of your plancha.

It is possible to cut the food directly on the plancha plate. The markings of the knives do not affect the quality of the plate.

The Plancha Extreme E50 is also available in the dimensions 60 x 40 cm.

Extreme Gas Grills

We choose gas hobs because they are very powerful and reach the right temperature very quickly. They consume less energy than electric hobs, which affects electricity bills. They are normally prepared to work with butane gas, although some come with a kit that allows them to be adapted to natural gas.

Gas hobs come in two types: modular and non-modular. The modular can be equipped with other elements such as hotplates, fryers, barbecues… they have a width of 35 cm to 70 cm. The non-modular ones have a width of 40 to 100 cm, offering a space that cannot be coupled but which adapts to your needs. Normally, the plate has a smooth or grooved surface, called palastrace. The palastro is the metal surface on which food is cooked. They are made of steel, treated steel, vitrified steel or hard chrome steel.

At Simogas we have gas hobs of different powers, sizes and palettes. We advise you to look at the thickness of the plate, its power and its size. Depending on its size, the plancha will have more or less gas taps for each cooking zone and between 1 and 4 heating elements. The thickness of the palastro is also important, we recommend not less than 10 mm for intensive use.

The stainless steel gas hobs are economical and ideal for the preparation of sandwiches and snacks in bars or restaurants. If the steel is treated, its surface becomes less porous and thicker, which is perfect for meats.
