Large prawns with Serrano ham and basil


  • 10 large prawns
  • 10 Serrano ham slices
  • 10 basil leaf
  • 10 lettuce leaf
  • olive oil
  • Pesto: (optional)
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 bamboo skewers of 9 cm



Wash and dry lettuce and basil.
Roll each shrimp with a basil leaf and a Serrano ham slice.
Insert it into a bamboo skewer.


Cook on the hot plancha for about 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with salad and garnish with a few drops of pesto and lemon juice.
