Hamburger a la Catalana


  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 small slices of Iberian ham
  • 4 small slices of Manchego cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small zucchini
  • Jerez Vinegar
  • Barbecue or Brava sauce
  • Thyme



First, let’s prepare the minced meat for the hamburgers:
We peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces.
Add the garlic to the minced meat, then season with salt, pepper, thyme and chilli. Shape the steaks into a round shape and cook them on the plancha.
Thinly slice onions, zucchini, tomatoes and peppers
Cook the vegetables on the plancha.
Toast hamburger buns on the plancha.

Assemble the burgers

Place the vegetables on the hamburger base, then the minced meat, the Manchego cheese and the Iberian ham. Sauce to your liking!
