Catalan style garnish


  • 3 red peppers
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Spices: paprika, cinnamon
  • Herbs (rosemary, sage, oregano)
  • olive oil
  • salt


Cutting vegetables

Chop the peppers and onions.

Cut the zucchini into julienne.


On the hot-oiled plancha, saute the vegetables: peppers, onions, zucchini.
Add the chopped garlic and season.
Dab with water and cover with the cooking bell.
Set aside and serve with chicken.
