Electric plancha carbon rolled steel: fixed hob in carbon rolled steel 4 mm thick. Dimensions 50 x 30 cm. With edges of 2 cm.

Appearance: black plate and RED painted double wall furniture in stainless steel 304.

Adjustable feed to position the plancha.

One resistance located 20 mm from the plate: there is no heat waste for an optimal power/consumption ratio. Eco-responsible consumption. Rapid increase in temperature.
Same performance as a gas plancha.

ON/OFF switch on the back.
Electrical cable: 1.75 m length.

A circuit breaker and a minimum 16 A power outlet are required.

Grease container at the front (designed to easily remove cooking residues). Capacity: 250 ml.

IMPORTANT: Once the plate has cooled down, ALWAYS grease the plate (food oil of your choice) after each use, so that it doesn´t oxidize, until the plate looks shiny. We advise you not to use vinegar or any other acidic product in your plancha.
