Carbon rolled steel electric plancha: fixed hob made of carbon rolled steel with a thickness of 4 mm.
Size 47.5 x 44.5 cm. Edges of 2 cm height

Appearance: black color.
Made entirely of 304 stainless steel. Adjustable legs for positioning the plancha.

1 resistor near the plate (no heat loss). Rapid rise in temperature.
Same performance as a gas plancha.

ON/OFF switch on the front.
Electrical cable: 1.75 m long.

Side handles for easy transport.

Removable grease collection container (for easy removal of cooking residues). Capacity: 400 ml.

IMPORTANT: Once the plate has cooled down, ALWAYS grease the plate (cooking oil of your choice) after each use so that it does not rust until the plate looks shiny. We recommend that you do not use vinegar or other acidic products on your griddle.

A circuit breaker and an outlet of at least 16 A are required.
