Ground steel electric plancha: 60 fixed hob made of 12 mm thick ground steel, polished with carbon.

Size 60 x 40 cm. Edges of 5 cm height.

Appearance: gray color.
Made entirely of 304 stainless steel. Adjustable legs for positioning the plancha.

2 resistors 20 mm from the plate (no heat loss). Rapid rise in temperature.
Same performance as a gas plancha.

ON/OFF switch on the front.
Electrical cable: 1.75 m long.

Power: 3.4 kW

Removable grease container (for easy removal of cooking residues). Capacity: 700 ml.

IMPORTANT: Once the plancha has cooled down, ALWAYS grease the plate (cooking oil of your choice) after each use so that it does not rust until the plate looks shiny. We recommend that you do not use vinegar or other acidic products on your plancha plate.

A circuit breaker and an outlet of at least 16 A are required.
