Electric plancha carbon rolled steel: fixed cooktop plate 60 x 40 cm in carbon rolled steel, 6mm thickness.

Dimensions 60 x 40 cm. Edges of 5 cm.

Aesthetics: black color.
Totally in stainless steel 304. Adjustable legs to position the plancha.

2 resistors located 20mm from the plate (without heat loss). Rapid increase in temperature.
Same performance as a gas plancha.

Removable grease collector (designed to easily remove cooking residues). Capacity: 700 ml.

Cleaning is quick and easy: pour a glass of water or ice cubes over the still hot plate (plancha off) and remove the residue with a spatula always used flat. Do not hesitate to scrub well. Do not forget to clean the grease collector (dishwasher safe).

IMPORTANT: Once the plate has cooled down, ALWAYS grease the plate (food oil of your choice) after each use, so that it does not rust, until the plate looks shiny. We advise you not to use vinegar or any other acidic product on your griddle.

A circuit breaker and a minimum 16A power outlet are required.
