The 18 cm Santoku knife is made in one piece of stainless steel and covered with orange polypropylene for the handle.
Japanese-style, the Santoku knife is the essential all-purpose knife for cutting and chopping meat, fish, fruits and vegetables.
Its blade allows food to come off easily and reduces its resistance during cutting. This type of blade allows you to cut raw fish very finely, as well as fragile fruits and vegetables (strawberries, mushrooms …).
