The Simogas Polished Steel Series griddle is made from stainless steel. The 12mm thick plate is fixed, with 4cm high stainless steel sides, and manufactured from polished carbon steel, one of the preferred materials of the most exacting professional chefs.

With the Simogas Polished Steel Series griddle you can enjoy griddle cooking like a professional chef, since the burners are designed to eliminate cold spots on the plate and are powerful enough to maintain a temperature of more than 300ºC over the entire surface, a professional system which is used by chefs in many French and Spanish restaurants.

The Simogas griddle is completely safe. It is fitted with a safety system (Thermocouple) which shuts off the gas in the event of the flame accidentally being extinguished.

Simogas also offers you a range of accessories such as PVC covers and stainless covers to protect your griddle while not in use.
