Gas Griddle with hard chrome coated steel plate

Hard Chrome griddle with an 18mm thick, alloy steel plate with a 50 micron hard chrome coating hermetically welded on the upper side to the griddle body, manufactured from stainless steel. The temperature can be adjusted by means of a thermostatic safety valve up to 400 ºC. The griddle has a fat-collection drawer in the rear part of 2.6 or 3.9 litre capacity depending on the model
