The Simogas Evolution Series griddle is made from stainless steel with a protective frame which prevents the flame from being extinguished. The 6mm thick laminated carbon steel plate is detachable for easy maintenance of the burners, with 6cm high sides, and manufactured from laminated carbon steel, one of the preferred materials of the most exacting professional chefs.

The plate is given an antirust treatment which protects it from the time of manufacture until its first use.

The Evolution griddle is designed for those who usually have a large number at dinner. It comes in two sizes according to your needs, with 60+40cm or 75+50cm plates.

With the Simogas Deluxe Series griddle you can enjoy griddle cooking like a professional chef, since the burners are designed to eliminate cold spots on the plate and are powerful enough to maintain a temperature of more than 300ºC over the entire surface, a professional system which is used by chefs in many French and Spanish restaurants.

The Simogas griddle is completely safe. It is fitted with a safety system (Thermocouple) which shuts off the gas in the event of the flame accidentally being extinguished.

Simogas also offers you a range of accessories such as PVC covers and stainless covers to protect your griddle while not in use.
