The Simogas Eurogas Series griddle is manufactured from stainless steel. The 6mm thick plate is fixed and is made from laminated steel, one of the preferred materials of the most exacting professional chefs. The plate is given an antirust treatment which protects it from the time of manufacture until its first use.

Maintenance of the Simogas Eurogas Series griddle is very easy, since it is only necessary to protect the plate with a layer of oil after each use, ensuring you can enjoy real griddle cooking for longer.
